1. Consultation Payment

  • A consultation booking becomes confirmed after the applicable consultation fee has been successfully received.
  • Please verify the consultation details before completing the payment.
  • The consultation fee currently displayed on the website may be ₹555 unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests may be considered when a consultation cannot be provided due to circumstances attributable to the centre.
  • Duplicate payments or payments made in error may be reviewed for a possible refund.
  • Refund requests are subject to verification of the payment and booking details.
  • A refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because a user changes their mind after booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
  • Rescheduling is subject to available consultation slots.
  • Where appropriate, an appointment may be rescheduled instead of issuing a refund.
  • Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to additional booking restrictions.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds may not be available for consultations that have already been completed.
  • Refunds may not be available where the user fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior communication.
  • Refunds may not be available for dissatisfaction arising solely from personal expectations about the outcome of an astrology consultation.
  • Any specific refund exception will be considered based on the circumstances of the request.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, the processing time may depend on the payment method and payment service provider.
  • The refunded amount may take additional time to appear in the original payment account.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, UPI providers, or third-party payment processors.

6. Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method wherever technically possible.
  • Users may be asked to provide transaction details to verify the payment before a refund is processed.
  • Please keep your payment confirmation or transaction reference until the booking has been completed.

7. Consultation Outcome

  • Astrology consultation services are provided for personal guidance and informational purposes.
  • No specific personal, financial, career, relationship, health, or other outcome is guaranteed.
  • A refund should not be assumed solely because a predicted or expected outcome does not occur.
